If you use Consult.PW hosting to install and manage a site yourself, you have the choice of Joomla, WordPress, Drupal.  You can also use Sitebuilder which is similar to many of the ‘quick-build’ packages offering a range of simple features.

You might want to take advice on what is the best system for you before you start on a site.  Starting with a simple CMS is not always the best way to go as you may find that you need to re-build the whole site and learn another CMS if you want to include complex feature.
